Abstract

The extraction of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris by ultrasonic technology was studied and the effects of solvent, ultrasonic power, extraction time,solid-liquid ratio on yield of polysaccharides were investigated. The optimized conditions were determined through orthogonal test:60 % ethanol, ultrasonic power was 250 W,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶35 (g/mL),extraction time was 13 min.The yield was 25.89 % under optimized conditions.
