Abstract

In order to study microwave extraction process of cultured Cordyceps militairs polysaccharide, based on the single-factor experiment, the effects of different microwave power, extraction time and the ratio of solvent to solid on the extraction yield of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides were optimized with response surface methodology(RSM).Experimental data were analyzed by solving the regression equation with design expert software. It was indicated that the optimum extraction parameters were microwave power 744.795 W,extraction time 4.25 min and the ratio of solvent to solid 31.057 ml/g.Under those amended conditions, the predicted value of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides extraction yield was 5.783%,which was consistent with the measured value. It had maximal extraction yield of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides with optimized process parameters.
