Abstract

Cordyceps Militaris was studied as the main raw material. The effects of microwave power,material-solvent ratio, microwave treatment time and the extraction times on the yield of polysaccharides were discussed by single factor test using the yield of polysaccharide as an index. The optimal conditions were as followed:microwave power 534 W,material-solvent ratio 1∶37(m∶V),time of extraction 4minutes and extracted twice.Under the optimal conditions, the yield of polysaccharide was 12.21%.The actual yield of the polysaccharides was detected as 12.1% when adjusted as well as the rate of error was 0.9%.The extraction conditions parameter obtained by the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction technology was credible and had feasibility and application value.
