Abstract

The extraction of polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris by Soxhelt methods was studied and the target was yield of polysaccharides, the factors which effected include solvent,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time on the yield were investigated. The optimized conditions were:ethanol was 50%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30(g/mL),extraction time was 6h which determined through orthogonal test. The yield of validate experiment results was 31.95%.
