Exercise of self- care agency( ESCA) for self- care ability to compare two groups of patients with laryngeal cancer, and were observed according to the psychological and satisfaction with self- care. Results: ESCA total score for patients with laryngeal cancer and 4 dimensions scores after health education, observation group than the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Anxiety patients in the observation group, the incidence of depression than the control group, the satisfaction rate was higher, and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05).
