Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of the continuous nursing intervention on discharged patients with laryngeal carcinoma health recovery.Methods: 142discharged patients with laryngeal cancer from July 2009 to January 2011 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group have 71 cases.The experiment group adopted the continuity of care,was discharged after one month of follow-up once a week,after every 3 months thereafter.The control group by hospital follow-up center follow-up.12 months after the introduction of designed the disease knowledge scale self care ability of measurement scales quality of life scale questionnaire.Results:Patients in the experimental group disease knowledge scores,self-care ability scores and quality of life scores were all higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The continuing care of patients and their families can correct guidance of self care,patients with increased confidence,thus improving the quality of life.
