Analysis of Social Capital’s Function in Community Governance——From the Angle of Malfunction Dilemma

From the essential meaning of governance,community governance is naturally corresponding to social capital. The important reason of malfunction dilemma in community governance is lack of community social capital. So it is necessary to cultivate sense of identity and trust;norm of give and take;ways of civic engagement,and promote the construction of community and a harmonious society.
