Abstract
To design and synthesize nine new thiochromanone pyrazole compounds and measure their antifungal activity in vitro. The target compounds were obtained by the reaction of benzoylhydrazine with 3-benzylthiochromanones which was synthesized from the substituted benzenethiols in acid. New compounds' structures were identified by1H-NMR and MS.The result of antifungal activity indicated that the nine compounds had good antifungal effects on most tested fungus.Thiochromanone pyrazole compounds show antifungal activity in vitro, which require further research in the future.
