The observation of the effect of Yinzhihuang particles in the application of neonatal pathologic jaundice

Objective Discus Yinzhihuang partides in clinical application effect of neonatal pathologic jaundice.Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of pathological jaundice of newborn children was retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group(n=31),The clinical efficacy of two groups of children,bilirubin changes before and after the treatment,skin jaundice index levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.55%,significantly higher than that in the control group of 80.64%,P0.05.The cure rate in the treatment group was 64.52%,and the control group was 51.61%,there were significant differences in the two groups,P0.05.Conclusion Using Yinzhihuang particles treatment for neonatal pathologic jaundice can quickly fade jaundice,and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
