Moral Rebuilding in the Process of Managing a Nation with Law

The process of ruling by law in China will be a difficult and complex one,in which there are inborn weaknesses in society,politics and economy,as well as obstacles from morals and ethnics in China.Reconstructing the social ethnics in China,namely,upholding the priority of group morals ,attaching more importance to official morals than to civil morals,establishing the moral repaying mechanism and normalizing the ethnics system,to facilitate the shaping of ruling by law,is an urgent task worth careful study.
