Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study this community elderly family intervention hypertension self management ability influence. METHODS Questionnaire issued 108 cases hypertension patients in this community in implementing family before and after the intervention of hypertension knowledge,medication adherence,blood pressure control index and life satisfaction etc effect comparison. RESULTS Family intervention 6 months,108 cases of hypertension of hypertension patients in community prevention knowledge,medication adherence,blood pressure control index and life satisfaction etc were increased. CONCLUSION Pertinence family intervention can effectively enhance the patient self-management ability,be helpful for control of hypertension patients with hypertension,improve the quality of life.
