Family Intervention on Hypertensive Patients Selfmanagement Ability Influence

Objective To explore family intervention on hypertensive patients self management ability, and the influence of family intervention on the feasibility and the study effect evaluation. Methods Select the community to meet the requirements of a total of 180 patients with an example, through a questionnaire survey of 180 patients before and after the intervention in the implementation of blood pressure control situation, medication compliance and hypertension knowledge about comparative analysis, etc. Results Through six months of family intervention, the patient's blood pressure control situation, medication compliance and hy-pertension knowledge awareness, etc than before intervention increased significantly (P0.05), after the intervention is better than that of before intervention. After intervention in patients with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure down significantly (P0.01), after the intervention is better than that of before intervention. Conclusion Through the health propaganda and education, medication guide and psychological intervention family intervention measures, can effectively improve the high blood pressure patients self management ability, and blood pressure control more ideal, family intervention measures effect is remarkable, and it is worth for spreading application.
