Abstract
Objective:To study the technological conditions of purifying total Ginkgo biloba flavonoids by S-8 macroporous adsorption resin. Methods:Taking the adsorption of the S-8 Ginkgo biloba flavonoids as the research object, the factors that affected the S-8 resin dynamic absorption and desorption were studied preliminarily. Results:The result showed that the effect was perfect when the flavonoid concentration in the liquid was 2.595 mg/mL,the loading amount was 38.93 mg/g with the adsorption rate 30 mL/h,and the eluant was volume of 75% alcohol of 3BV with desorption rate 16 mL/h.The pure flavonoid content in crude flavonoid powder was 8.96% and it reached 48.03% after purified by the S-8 macroporous adsorption resin.
