Abstract

Choosing five kinds of low-pole solvents and three kinds of low-pole macroporous adsorption resins, the purification efficiency of the flavonoids in the testa of Ginkgo biloba L.by liquid-liquid extraction and macroporous adsorption resin were compared. The results showed:using rutin as the contrast, the liquid-liquid extraction was lower than the macroporous adsorption resin in the product mass and the content of flavonoids in product. The DM-130 macroporous adsorption resin had the best efficiency on the purification of flavonoids in the testa of Ginkgo biloba L.,for which the content of flavonoids in product was 25.92%.
