Abstract
From the9 kinds of different macroporous adsorption resins,the DM-130 resin which the adsorption performance was 6. 59 mg/g and desorption ratio was over 90% was selected to separate the flavonoids from the testa of Ginkgo biloba L . The experiment results showed: increasing temperature and pH could improve the adsorption quantity of DM-130. The desorption ratio of over 90% could be gotten by using 90% EtoH as eluting solvent and 4-5BV. Under these experiment conditions,the content of flavonoids in products was 25. 87% and the yield was 2. 68% .
