Abstract
A method was developed for the determination of trace selenium in selenium enriched foods by intermittent flow hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Samples were digested with a mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid.Under the optimized condition, the linear range of the working curve was 0~100 μg/L and the correlation coefficient was 0 9999.The limit of detection was 0 06545 μg/L.The method was applied to determine trace selenium in eggs, selenium enriched rice, and selenium enriched salt. The recoveries were 90 6%,98 5%,and 104 3% respectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
