Abstract
The paper summarizes concept and feature of recycling economy and analyzes the serious problems existed in Chinese mining industry, such as damage environment and waste resources. Then the authors put forward the countermeasures for constructing recycling economy system of mining industry development in connection with present situation of mining industry development in China.
