Practice and Exploration of the Students' Quality Education in Rail Transit Vocational Colleges

At present,students' quality in some rail transit vocational colleges generally isn't at high level,for example,in valuing technology and neglecting humanity, bad self-consciousness and self-discipline, weak psychological quality,low quality in employment. There are some problems in the quality education in rail transit vocational colleges. Some colleges pay more attention to ability training and set ability training against quality education; other colleges reduce the learning periods,emphasize on the major teaching and neglect teaching of political theory and humanity quality. There are five ways to improve the students' quality. Firstly,the moral education of socialist core value system should be the first important thing; Secondly,the management mode of half militarization could be carried out to achieve the aim of culture education; Thirdly,we should pay more attention to skills upgrading by promoting professional skills contest activities; Fourthly,we should pay attention to practice education so as to create a railway volunteer service brand; Finally,we should teach from the double channels to promote students' humanity quality.
