Discussion on the Implementation of Cultural Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

The fundamental mission of higher vocational education is to train the students to be the high-qualified and applied talents.Further enhancing the students' cultural quality and improving the training system are the urgent tasks of the higher vocational colleges.Facing the rapid economic development and the complicated information of the society,it is worth of pondering on how to improve the cultural quality of students and help them establish a correct opinion on life in vocational colleges.The article points out that we should adopt the individualized approaches to different students through absorbing the essence of traditional culture,nurturing students'independent spirit and self-improvement so that the students can get the overall development.The author also declares that extensive reading and improving the independent thinking,enhancing the self-cultivation,rational and objective opinion on the world and enhancing their interpersonal skills can be adoptable to the social development.All the methods mentioned above should be taken to fully improve the cultural quality of the students.
