Abstract

The connotation of Confucianharmonythought are harmony is most precious,harmony but not uniformity,do not do to others what you would not want others do to you.The thought has three enlightenments:equal and mutual love relationship is the premise of harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges and universities;respecting the diversity in beliefs of teachers and students and thinking independently is the approach;transposition thinking and be broad-minded towards others are the inexhaustible power.
