Abstract
Profound national culture provides important cultural resources for universities to better carry out mental health education.In traditional Chinese culture,Confucian idea of harmony has rich meanings,including the harmony between man and nature,between individuals,between man and himself,between man and society,and so on.It reflects the important spirit and values of the age.The ideas of coordinating difficulties for new harmony,being self-critical and lenient towards others,and being grateful culturally support the perfection of university mental health education to improve it,better adhere to the needs of human-orientation,pay more attention to university students' mental harmony and achieve the ideal state of self-cultivation.
