Abstract
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of adenosine in Lanju Kangbingdu oralliquid by HPLC.Methods: The content of adenosine was determined by HPLC and the chromatographic conditions were:Agilent Hypersil ODS column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water(5∶95),flow rate 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength being 260 nm,column temperature at 25℃.Results: A good linearity of adenosine was in the range of 0.008 3-0.083 0 μg/ml(r=0.9997),The average recovery rate was 96.72%,RSD=1.6%.Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Lanju Kangbingdu oralliquid.
