Abstract

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Viterxin in Xiaoyerong.Methods LUNA ODS C18 BDS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-1%Acetic Acid(14∶86)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was 340 nm.Results The linear range of Viterxin was 0.082 4~0.824 μg,r=0.999 7.The average recovery was 100.39%,RSD was 2.20%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
