Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between tumor marks(nm-23,PCNA)and the biology behavior of the gastric cancer.Methods:The expression of nm-23 and PCNA of 100 cases of the gastric gland cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry Luminescence before and behind the operation.Results: The expression of nm-23 and PCNA has no relationship with sex,age,and races of the cancer.The expression of nm-23 has a clear relationship with differentiation,infiltration,lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The expression of PCNA has a relationship with differentiation(P0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the expression of nm-23 and PCNA have relationship with the biology behavior of the gastric cancer.
