Expression and Clinical Significance of PCNA and C-erbB-2 in Gastric Cancer Tissues

Abstract

Objective To investigate the expressions of PCNA and C-erbB-2 in gastric cancer and their relationships with pathological grade,clinic stage.Methods The SP immunohistochemical staining method were adopted to examine the expression of PCNA and cerbB-2 protein in gastric cancer tissues.Results Positive expressions of PCNA and cerbB-2 protein in gastric cancer tissues were positive relationship with tumor differential degree soakage depth and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions PCNA and cerbB-2 may be the progonsic factors to estimate prognosis of gastric cancer.
