Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion in Treating 45 Patients with Severe Acute Organophosphorus Insecticide Poisoning

Abstract

Objective: To explore the curative effect of hemodialysis(HD) combined with hemoperfusion(HP) in treating patients with severe acute organophosphorus insecticide poisoning(AOPP).Method:All patients with severe AOPP were treated with routine therapy.45 cases in test group were treated with HD combined with HP,24 cases in control group were treated with HD only.Result :The time of patients regaining consciousness,cholinesterase resuming and hospitalization were shorter in test group than those in control group(P0.01 or P0.05),there were significant difference in the cure rate and mortality between two groups(P0.05).Conclusions: HD combined with HP is effective to treat patients with severe AOPP,and should be the first choice to treat this kind of patients.
