Abstract
Objective To discuss the application of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)in the treatment of patients with severe acute panereatitis(SAP).Methods The data of 25 SAP patients were analyzed retrospectively.CVVH was used based on the conventional treatment, and the changes of the vital sign,APACHEII scores and the biochemical index were observed. Results Compared with the situation before the treatment, the changes of clinical symptoms, the vital sign,APACHEII scores and the biochemical index after the CVVH treatment had significant difference. Conclusion On the basis of non-operative treatments, the prompt and effective CVVH treatment can alleviate the clinical symptoms, make the vital sign to be stabilized and improve biochemical index, which is the one of most important methods to rescue SAP patients.
