Abstract

Objective: To observe the nursing of the continuous veno- venous hemofiltration( CVVH) treatment acute renal failure after cardiac surgery( ARF),reduce nursing complications and improve the safety and effectiveness of treatment. Methods: 53 cases of ARF with severe complications after cardiac surgery were treated with CVVH,patients with MAP,CVP,BUN,Scr,K+were observed before and after treatment, observation and nursing of complications during the treatment of occurrence. Results: After CVVH treatment 32 patients survived,15 patients died, and 6 patients gave up treatment. CVP,serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen decreased,MAP and urine increased in survivors. Conclusion: CVVH in the treatment of ARF for the relief of clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis of the patients is an effective means of treatment, nursing science in the course of treatment, nursing and monitoring and strict management is the effective guarantee patient safety and treatment.
