Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free repair for inguinal hernia Methods We selected 60 cases of inguinal hernia patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively treated with tension-free repair surgery and traditional hernioplasty, observed the operation situation and the condition of the patients. Results The observation group of patients with operation time, recovery time, complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Effect of tension-free repair for inguinal hernia is accurate, safe and reliable.
