Effect comparison between tension-free inguinal hernia repair and conventional herniorrhaphy

Objective The advantages and disadvantages of the tension - free inguinal hernia repair compared with the traditional hernia repair.To summarize experiences of the tesion - free inguinal hernia repair.Methods 84 patients who did the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups.Group A maked the tension - free inguinal hernia repair,group B maked the traditional hernia repair.In two groups of surgery patients,surgery time,incision pain,the patient's autonomy,such as the complications and the recurrence rate were compared and observed.Results Compare to the traditional hernia repair,the tension - free inguinal hernia repair had the many advantages such as simple,mild postoperative pain,quick recovery,wide surgical indications,less complication,low recurrence rate and so on.Conclusion The tension - free inguinal hernia repair conforms to the human anatomy and pathophysiology of hernia,easy to spread.
