Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair and open tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia. Methods 106 cases of adult inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in the control group using open tension free Hernioplasty Treatment; the observation group of 53 cases of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair, and to compare the clinical effect of two groups. Results The amount of bleeding, postoperative observation group, postoperative pain duration, postoperative bed time, postoperative hospital stay was significantly and hospitalization expenses and the control group( P 0. 05),but the operation time of two groups had no significant difference( P 0. 05),the observation group and hair the incidence rate was 22. 64% and 32.08% in the control group compared with no significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusions Laparoscopic and open tension-free herniorrhaphy for adult inguinal hernia each have their own advantages and disadvantages, can develop individualized treatment according to the actual situation of patients, get the most reasonable choice of treatment mode with optimization.
