Discussion on the Technological Innovative Ability of Shanxi's Industrial Enterprises from the Main Data of the Third National Economic Census

Based on the comparative analysis on the technological innovative ability of Shanxi's industrial enterprises above designated size, this paper expounds some problems existing in the technological innovative ability of Shanxi's industrial enterprises such as the insufficient RD vitality of industrial enterprises, the unreasonable industry classified RD input, the obvious differences of region's capacity for independent innovation, and the obvious backwardness of hightech manufacturing industry's innovation and development, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the technological innovative ability of Shanxi's industrial enterprises.
