Clinical random control observation of 18 cases of the patient with syndrome of primary IgA nephropathy to be treated by tablet tripterygium glocosides

Obejective after the patients with syndrome of primary IgA nepnropathy were treated by conventional dosage of tripterygium glocosides and glucocorticoid to see comparison of different curative effect of both of the of them.Methods To observe 36 cases of the patient with syndrome of primary IgA nephropathy from department of nephropathy of this hospital in december 2002 to december 2005.they were divided into two groups at game time of conventional therapy (sodium restriction、water restriction、intake of protein restriction、anticoagulation、to depress hypertension and hyperlipemia)A 18 cases is treating group to be treated by triptreygium glocosides and B 18 cases is control group to be treated by glucocorticoid. Results Total effective rate of treating group is77.8% and control group is72.2%(P0.05 to haven't significance difference).Conclusion Total effective rate of tripterygium glocosides in treating the patients with synurome of primary IgA hephropathy is without obvious significance difference than glucocorticoid.tripterygium glocosides have value of usage in treating the patients with syndrome of primary IgA nephropathy.
