Treatment of diabetic nephropathy with “Yiqi,yangyin,huoxue” and “Alprostadil”

Objective To study the clinic efficacy of “Yiqi,yangyin,huoxue” combinated with “Alprostadil” on diabetic nephropathy.Methods Fourty patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups,and all patients received the treatment of repaglinide or novolin,glucobay,ACEI and CCB to control blood sugar and blood pressure.Additionly,the experimental group(20 cases) received the “Yiqi,yangyin,huoxue” and intravenous drips of “Alprostadil”(10μg daily) for 1 month.Urine protein excretion and hemorheology were tested for all cases before and after treatment.Results The effective rates in experiment group and control group were 90% and 55% respectively(P0.05),the efficacy of experiment group on urine protein excretion and hemorheology were better than those of control group significantly.Conclusion Our data suggests that the combination of “Yiqi,yangyin,huoxue” and “Alprostadil” is an effective treatment for diabetic nephropathy.
