Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of nourishing blood method in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,to summarize the clinical experience and clinical significance. Methods 82 cases with diabetic nephropathy in the hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according with the digital table method,each group had 41 cases,the control group were treated by conventional therapy,the observation group were treated not only by conventional therapy,but also by Yiqi Yangyin huoxue method.Observed and compared the changes of the two groups in metabolic markers before and after the treatment. Results Observed asting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin,2h postprandial blood glucose,serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,density lipoprotein cholesterol and serum C-reactive protein,24h urinary protein excretion,urinary protein excretion rate of the observation group,compared them before and after treatment,the differences had statically significance(P 0.05). Conclusion The clinical of treating diabetic nephropathy by Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue method is obviously,which is better than the common method.
