Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the ethanol-extracting procedures of Xingnaoyizhi granules by orthogonal test.METHODS Using the contents of tanshinoneⅡA,tanshinoneⅠand the extraction yield as indexes,optimum extraction conditions were studied with the orthogonal test of L9(34).RESULTS The influencing effects of factor were followed as: BACD(A: concentration of ethanol,B: extracting duration,C: extracting times,D: added ethanol volume).The optimizing preparation conditions were A3B3C2D2,i.e.using 85% ethanol,added 10 times ethanol,extracting for 2 times and 9 day each time.CONCLUSION This optimum ethanol-extracting procedures is rational and the extraction rate of active components is high.
