Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of Rutongning granules. METHODS: The extraction technology of Rutongning granules was optimized by L9(34) orthogonal experiment using the concentration of ethanol, amount of ethanol and extraction time as factors with the content of total flavonoids and the yield of ethanol in ethanol extract from Bupleurum chinense, Artemisia anomala and Cynomorium songaricum as index. RESULTS:Optimized extraction technology was as follows: 70% alcohol was applied and the proportion of solid to liquid was 1 ∶ 10, extracting for 2 times,1 h each time. CONCLUSION: The extraction technology is rational and available. It provides theoretical basis for the study and preparation of Rutongning granules.
