Abstract
Objective:To choose the optimum extraction process for capsule of fufangcanyong.Methods:Using the orthogonal method,the main factors effecting the ethanol-extraction process,such as the content of ethanol,the amount of ethanol and the time of extraction,were reviewed according the content of ginsenosides-Rg1.Results:The optimum condition of ethanol-extraction was extracting with 8 times amount of ethanol for the first time,2 hours,and 7 times amount for the second time,1 hour.Conclution:The experimental results provide the basis for the ethanol extraction process of fufangcanyong capsule.
