Abstract
Objective To investigate the variation of high-sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods Blood samples of 73 cases with UAP were tested for serum hs-CRP.The relationship between the detecting data and the clinical features, recurrence of angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and heart abrupt death were analyzed in six months. Results The level of serum hs-CRP in patients with UAP was significantly higher than the normal values. The probability of recurrence of angina pectoris,AMI and heart abrupt death increased when the levels of serum hs-CRP were higher than 30 mg/L.Conclusions The serum hs-CRP is an independently dangerous factor in patients with UAP and is valuable in predicating vein affairs.
