China fishery classification system

Abstract
China fishery traditional classification was proposed in the view of the substance and cannot adapt the new requirement of current fishery management.Under the fishery authority system,it is significant to establish the fishery classification system in the view of human.Therefore,the author has proposed that fishery can be divided into both living fishery and commercial fishery,and authority fishery and permission fishery in the view of its character and administration form.The author has also proposed some measures of emending current laws,identifying traditional fisherman,promoting commercial fishery and working out reasonable implementing methods.
