Legal System Construction and Public Security of Song Dynasty

In the Song dynasty which was formed by military mutiny,the ruling class had ever faced the unprecedented urgent situation.There were some reasons why its ruling was maintained for hundreds of years.In so far as its national administration,the government of Song emphasized the ethical and educational role and the public security,legal construction was predominant,and then its social order was kept relatively stable.
