A Simple Analysis on Administration of Justice Corruption in Song Dynasty

Song Dynasty is the splendid epoch of achievement in legal system since Tang Dynasty.It is the highest summit on the development legal system history of Chinese feudal era.But law can not realize its social value in dependently.It must be realize that it doesn't come true unless officials enforce the law.Along with development of officials degeneration,corruption of administration of justice is becoming a serious social problem in Song Dynasty.On these reasons,the social function of legal system of Song Dynasty is weakened.
