The Introduction of the System of Zayi in Song Dynasty

The system of Zayi was commonly applied in Song Dynasty,which was frequently used to solve all sorts of political problems,such as,military affairs,legislation,administration,finance,foreign relations,and so on.The application of this system could help the dominators make reasonable policy,and mediate the contradictions among different ruling groups.In all,like the democratic centralism in the feudal ruling class,it showed the maturity of the bureaucratic politics of Song Dynasty.
