People-orient and the Evolution of the Legal Thought in the Song Dynasty

People-oriented thought was the core value of the legai thought in the Song Dynasty. With the deep chang in politics,economy and social culture ,the legal thought has an evolution.The ealrly Song Dynasty gave more sympathetic to the people's lives and paid more attention to the governance. It had equal treat to intrest and justice so as to bring into correspondence with the development of commodity economy from Wang Anshi's reform. The South Song Dynasty focued on the protection of Merchants' intrest and changed the obsolete legislation to keep pace with the social development.The experience of the Song Dynasty should be studied.
