Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of the Legan compound on CCl_4-intoxicated primary cultured hepatocytes of rats in vitro.METHODS The hepatocytes of rats were cultured in vitro, and made hepatocytes injury models by CCl_4,and the effects of the Legan compound for the activity of SDH,ACPase,G-6-Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed.RESULTS The Legan compound increased the activity of SDH,G-6-Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen, and restrain the activety of ACPase.CONCLUSION The Legan compound has protective effects on CCl_4-induced injury of primary cultured hepatocytes of rats in vitro.
