Abstract

Objective:To study the application of detecting treponema pallidum by ELISA method,and to compare ELISA with the TRUST and TPPA. Methods ELISA,TRUST and TPPA were used. Results:Testing results indicated that the differences had considerable statisticed significance between ELISA and TRUST methods and no statistical significance between ELISA and TPPA methods. Conclusion:ELISA method is much better than TRUST in the sensitivity and better accord with TPPA well. It can be used to detect Syphilis.
