Abstract
The comprehension of what a constitution is is the basis of under studying constitutions and constitutional phenomena.At first,we should analyze the logic of constitutions,putting to use the historical analytic way,standing on the constitution and constitutional phenomenon themselves,noticing the variety of constitutional phenomenon.And only by reflection on the traditional view,such as that constitution is the fundamental law,is the strength comparison between classes,is a general statute,can we grasp the connotation of constitution.
