Socialist Rule By Law Needs Judicial Justice

Judicial independence is the key that ensures judicial justice. This paper analyzes the current situation of judicial independence in our country. It points out the difficult problems with which the judicial independence in our country is faced. It also suggests solving the problems in five respects from the aspect of system.
