Abstract

The article tries to analysie the relatives between judicial independence and judicial justice from the qualitative ways.The text thinks that judicial independence is the basis and essential prerequisite of the judicial justice,and that the relative of judicial independence and judicial justice is a relative of means and aims.The judicial independence conceals the aims of judicial justice,and that judicial independence is its essential prerequisite,but is not enough conditions of judicial justice.
