Abstract
The reasons for the previous judicial reform being at a standstill or even showing its regressive tendency are deficiencies existing in the original path and failures of its combination with Chinese conditions,which leads to the deviation of reform direction and minute effects.There are three ultimate goals for judicial reform: judicial justice,judicial independence and judicial authority,which are also the due and key elements of value in fine judicial system.Moreover,value hierarchy exists among them,judicial justice ranks the first followed by the judicial independence and judicial authority,and they are the powerful guarantees for the realization of the judicial justice.
